Lawrence Dickstein is President and CEO of Dickstein Real Estate Services, an international commercial real estate firm based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Dickstein Real Estate Services provides transactional representation, brokerage and consulting services for corporate tenants and buyers of commercial real estate in Central and Northern New Jersey. Mr. Dickstein founded the firm in 1995, following a nearly 20 year career as a real estate broker and real estate executive for major Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Dickstein represents clients ranging from private investors and entrepreneur firms to Fortune 500 companies in their commercial real estate matters.
Dickstein Real Estate Services serves as the New Jersey affiliate for ITRA™ Realty Group, also known as the International Tenant Representative Alliance, the largest organization in the world devoted exclusively to Tenant/Buyer representation. Providing services across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Pacific Rim; ITRA is active in more than 60 United States and overseas markets providing Dickstein Real Estate Services’ clients with principal-level representation in their multi-regional real estate needs. Mr. Dickstein serves as the Chairman of the Membership Committee for ITRA Realty Group.
Mr. Dickstein’s previous positions included tenures as Real Estate Broker/Consultant for Joseph Hilton and Associates, Vice President, Lehman Brothers, Director of Real Estate Planning and Acquisitions for Merrill Lynch & Co., Real Estate Negotiator for Prudential Securities and Lease Analyst for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Dickstein holds a Real Estate Brokerage License in the State of New Jersey and has earned a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University, majoring in Real Estate Finance and Management. Dickstein is the author of The Complete Survival Guide To Negotiating An Office Lease (Secrets Your Landlord Doesn’t Want You To Know).
